So I haven't even had my birthday yet but this past weekend is near the actual day. The best thing I think about this birthday is it has been such a good reminder of the people that I have in my life. Over the past few days I have had the opportunity to spend time with many family and friends. I love the gifts because well... I love presents! Both giving and getting :) Things that fit in boxes and thing that don't. While I have received some amazing gifts the true gift however has been getting to spend time with them and knowing that these people care about me. Enough to take interrupt busy lives, remember me, and take the time to show me that I am important to them. Everyone hopefully has people in their lives that remind them they are valuable. Perhaps they don't have to say it out loud but actions do as the saying goes often speak louder than words.
