One Year Later...

One year later found my husband and I found ourselves celebrating our one year anniversary.  In general the traditional gift given for the first year anniversary is paper.  On our actual anniversary we went to dinner at the wonderful Oba Restaurant. While I gave Tim a beautiful journal filled with mementos from our first year of marriage he gave me paper as well; it just happened to include a journal meant for mementos from our anniversaries. The journal also happened to include tickets to Vegas as well as tickets for one of the final showings for the long run Phantom of the Opera held at The Venetian. It was an incredible trip! Lounging by the pool, dining under the stars, sprucing up wedding rings; did I mention he had my ring designed in Vegas?  A beautiful pair of spiral earrings, fabulous food at The Tao... Yuzu Doughnuts = Heaven. Finally the most amazing Phantom of the Opera I have ever seen. Start to finish The Phantom Spectacular at The Venetian was beyond incredible!!!
