Growing up one of my family's regular trips at least one to two times a year was to Sunriver; basically Central Oregon. Nearby was Mt Bachelor. It was here I was provided with the opportunity to ski and eventually snowboard. While I know that many people prefer one to other I genuinely enjoy both and can't picture giving up one or the other. Skiing for the speed and rushing down the mountain; feeling as though I am flying. Snowboarding for gliding across the snow and enjoying nature.
